Prashant joined Lighthouse Canton in 2016 in Singapore and moved to Dubai in 2017 to set up the DIFC business. He is the CEO for Lighthouse Canton Capital (DIFC) Pte Ltd and heads the Multi-Family Office business for the firm. He is responsible for engagement with key clients in addition to building a footprint for the business in the MENA region.

Prashant brings over 20 years of experience across large international banks like Citibank, Merrill Lynch and Barclays. In Barclays, he was responsible for managing the Non-Resident Indian team in Dubai along with the portfolios of select Ultra-High Net Worth and Institutional clients based in MENA and South/South-East Asia. Prashant has specialized skills in complex derivative products across interest rates, equities and FX and has a keen understanding of the requirements of corporate and institutional clients.

Prashant qualified as a Chartered Accountant and is a merit holder from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University in India.

Sanket brings with him over one-and-a-half decades of expertise in investment management, structured credit, and private financing. Sanket has worked with renowned global financial institutions including Edelweiss Financial Services, X10, and Deutsche Bank. He also holds a unique distinction of being a co-founder of a fintech venture, which enables him to have unique insights into this domain. Sanket has executed over US$750M of private investment transactions across sectors like life sciences, logistics, marine, roads, real estate, and technology. Sanket received his degree in Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode. Sanket is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Capital & Financial market professional with two decades of experience in financial markets. In his last role as Executive Director with Avendus Capital he was responsible in managing a profitable vertical within the Wealth Management business. He has previously worked as a Sr. Market Director with Reliance Capital and has been instrumental in setting up a profitable private wealth business for the ADAG group and spent 6 years in building a $500 MM Private Client Business in India.

He has also worked with Citi Private Bank as Vice President heading the Investment advisory vertical in the year 2010. He was instrumental in setting up the PMS business for ING Investment Management in India as Vice President & Zonal Head in the year 2008 before joining Citi Private Bank. He has worked with organizations like Citibank , GE Money Consumer finance & American Express across various business verticals.

Amrit serves as the Global Head of Key Clients and Institutions at Lighthouse Canton. With over 25 years of experience in wealth management and investment banking, Amrit is instrumental in driving the firm’s growth and enhancing its ability to deliver innovative investment solutions to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutions.

Before joining Lighthouse Canton, Amrit was Managing Director and Head of Wealth Management for Global South Asia at Deutsche Bank, where he achieved significant success in driving wealth management growth. He also held leadership roles in Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking Division, including Head of M&A for India, Middle East, and Africa, and Head of M&A for Telecoms in EMEA. Amrit’s extensive expertise and strategic leadership make him a vital asset to Lighthouse Canton’s global ambitions.

Henrik serves as the President of Lighthouse Canton International. With over 30 years of experience in M&A and Investment Banking including material leadership positions, Henrik plays a pivotal role in strengthening the firm’s business with some of the largest families and family-owned enterprises globally.  His deep expertise and strategic vision are instrumental in expanding Lighthouse Canton’s position as a trusted advisor to our UHNW clients.

Before joining Lighthouse Canton, Henrik held prominent leadership roles, including Executive Chairman of Investment Banking and Capital Markets EMEA at Credit Suisse, and Global Head of M&A and Global Co-Head of Investment Banking Coverage and Advisory at Deutsche Bank. His distinguished career and extensive global experience make him a key driver in advancing Lighthouse Canton’s business with large families and institutions.

Balaji Prasanna serves as the Executive Vice Chairman - Key Client Solutions at Lighthouse Canton. With over 35 years of experience in private banking and lending, Balaji brings unparalleled expertise to reshape and expand the firm’s global wealth solutions. His extensive knowledge in structured lending and wealth planning positions him as a critical driver in enhancing Lighthouse Canton’s ability to offer more comprehensive services to its clients.

Before joining Lighthouse Canton, Balaji held a distinguished role as Vice Chairman at Deutsche Bank, where he was instrumental in transforming private banking and lending strategies. His deep industry insights and proven leadership make him a valuable asset in advancing Lighthouse Canton's client-focused solutions and strengthening its global presence.

Sunil joined Lighthouse Canton in 2022 and is Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer. Based in Dubai, Sunil oversees the overall strategy of the Investment function, including investment advisory, portfolio management, market analysis, and optimizing our investment processes. In his role, he looks to ensure that our investment team continues to deliver high-quality investment solutions while driving innovation and growth.

With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Sunil is an expert in global markets, banking, and macroeconomic research. Prior to joining Lighthouse Canton, Sunil was International Equity Research Head at JP Morgan. He oversaw the organization's global expansion of ESG research and data-driven research in EMEA and APAC. He was also a member of the Corporate Investment Banking Management Committee. Previously, Sunil has held leadership positions with some of the renowned investment banking institutions in London and Hong Kong, including Fox-Pitt Kelton, Barclays de Zoete Wedd, and HSBC.

Dinesh joined Lighthouse Canton in 2017. As the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, he is responsible for establishing a strong risk and compliance culture in the organization. In this role, Dinesh is in charge of overseeing compliance to regulatory expectations, developing and implementing the company’s policies and procedures relating to Risk and Compliance, and training the Company’s employees on Compliance expectations.

He has close to 20 years of experience in Financial Industry mainly in the areas of Risk Management and Compliance. Prior to joining Lighthouse Canton, he worked for over 10 years at Standard Chartered in senior roles, His most recent role at Standard Chartered was in managing global Financial Crime Compliance projects. Prior to that, he worked for over 6 years at Citigroup in New York and Singapore in Market Risk and Credit Risk functions. He also has held senior positions in Oracle Software and Indian Railways Service.

Dinesh received his Bachelor of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee and an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi.

Audrey is part of the team that co-founded Lighthouse Canton and she is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction at Lighthouse Canton. Within finance, she takes the lead in strategic planning as well as managing tax, accounting, internal and external audit functions to ensure a steady and sustainable organizational growth.

Prior to Lighthouse Canton, she spent 10 years in various banks which include Credit Suisse and ABN Amro Bank. Her last position was with Credit Suisse as an Account Manager within a Senior Client Partner team where she participated in the active management of a book size of over USD 1 Billion.

Audrey received her degree in Bachelor of Business (Hons) in Finance from University College Dublin and obtained an Executive Certificate in Leadership and People Management from Singapore Management University.

Ankit Shah serves as the Global Financial Officer at Lighthouse Canton. He is responsible for leading our global finance strategy, driving financial performance, and ensuring the continued strength of our financial operations.

Prior to joining Lighthouse Canton, Ankit served as Chief Strategy Officer at Livspace, where he led M&A, growth strategy, and investor relations. Ankit brings over 17 years of experience across management consulting, financial services, and growth technology, having worked at Citibank, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and McKinsey & Company.

Ankit holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a CFA charter holder.

Charu joined Lighthouse Canton in 2019. She heads up the Human Resources function at Lighthouse Canton. Charu is responsible for driving the People agenda of the organization to make Lighthouse Canton the “Employer of Choice” for existing and prospective employees in the Wealth and Asset Management space. She works with the management team to deliver business results through efficient management of People practices including leadership & capability development, establishment and maintenance of positive relations with employees, creation of a performance-oriented culture and the fostering of a productive working environment. Charu is a seasoned HR Leader with proven expertise in HR consulting, Talent and Leadership development and Business HR.

Charu has over 20 years of core HR experience and prior to joining Lighthouse Canton, she has worked in HR Leadership roles in major IT Services organizations such as Genpact and Birlasoft. At Genpact, she led Global HR for the Marketing and Sales Operations team and was the Global Talent Development and Diversity Head at Birlasoft.

She received her degrees in Bachelor of Science in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University and Master’s in Business Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology in India.

Himangshu oversees the comprehensive marketing strategy and go-to-market approaches for all companies within the group, encompassing areas such as Branding & Awareness, Demand Generation, and Public Relations.

With over 20 years of experience, Himangshu has held various leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Corporate Strategy, M&A, and General Management, spanning both large corporations and startup enterprises. Prior to joining Lighthouse Canton, he served as the head of Marketing for APAC & India at Softline / Noventiq, a technology company. In this capacity, he was responsible for crafting and implementing the company's go-to-market strategy, including initiatives to enhance market awareness, drive demand generation, and execute field marketing programs in the APAC & India markets.

Himangshu's outstanding achievements include his recognition as one of Asia's 100 Power Leaders in Marketing & Communications for 2022, as well as being honored as the CMO of the Year 2021 by Enterprise IT World, among other notable accolades.

He holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance from IIPM / IMI Belgium and a bachelor's degree in commerce from Delhi University.

Charlene is a part of the team that co-founded Lighthouse Canton in 2014. She works closely with investment banks, private banks and insurance companies to bring on a full suite of wealth management solutions and succession planning to her clients based out of South East Asia and North Asia.. Additionally, she provides tailored fund management solutions for clients looking for trackable enhanced wealth solutions.

Prior to this, Charlene spent over 4 years at Credit Suisse Private Banking where she was part of the Senior Client Partner (SCP) team for Non-Resident Indian (NRI) business. Her primary focus was to co-manage the SCP investment book of over USD 1 Billion based on bank capabilities and client investment goals and risk tolerance.

Charlene received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Honours) from National University of Singapore (NUS) and completed the WMI Advanced Certificate in Trust Services in 2016.

Stella Lau serves as the Managing Director- Wealth Advisory at Lighthouse Canton. With over two decades of experience in private banking and leadership, Stella plays a critical role in strengthening the company's client base and driving growth strategy across North Asia. Her deep understanding of the North Asia market and extensive network make her a valuable asset in expanding Lighthouse Canton's presence in the region.

Before joining Lighthouse Canton, Stella held prominent positions, including Greater China Market Group Head at Deutsche Bank, where she was responsible for managing key client relationships and growing the bank’s market share. Additionally, she led and expanded North Asia market teams at JP Morgan, UBS AG, and Credit Suisse AG, demonstrating her expertise in building and scaling private banking operations.

Vijay joined Lighthouse Canton in 2023 as a Managing Director in Client Advisory, where he leads front office operations and spearheads the establishment of Relationship Management teams in Singapore and Dubai. His focus is on strategic market expansion, client acquisition, and building high-performing teams.

As a seasoned banking expert with 25 years of experience, Vijay specializes in financial markets and wealth management. Prior to Lighthouse Canton, he served as Managing Director and Market Head at Bank of Singapore, overseeing teams managing Assets of USD 5 billion for high-net-worth and institutional clients. His career also includes leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank, where he headed Priority Banking, International Banking, and NRI business functions.

Vijay holds a Masters in Finance and a Bachelors in Economics & Business Finance from Brunel University London. He is a sports enthusiast with interests in golf, cricket, paddle tennis and badminton.

Abhinav Mahajan joined Lighthouse Canton in 2025 as a Managing Director- Wealth Management with a focus is on Key Clients and Institutions.

Abhinav will be responsible for strengthening and expanding our relationships with key client segments, institutional partners, and strategic stakeholders across the region. He will collaborate closely with our business units to drive greater alignment, identify new business opportunities, and further enhance our client engagement framework to support the firm’s continued growth.

With over 20 years of private banking experience, including 12 years at Julius Baer and senior roles at Bank of Singapore and HSBC, Abhinav brings deep expertise in wealth management, relationship management, and client advisory. His strong track record in developing client strategies, managing high-value relationships, and leading cross-functional initiatives will further elevate our institutional relationships and client service capabilities.

Won-Ki Kim is the Head of Global Institutional Sales at Lighthouse Canton. With over two decades of experience spanning investment banking, sales, and venture capital across Asian markets, Won-Ki plays a critical role in leading fundraising for the company's international business and driving global distribution of Asset Management funds. His extensive network in the region, combined with his deep understanding of cross-border investment flows, makes him instrumental in expanding Lighthouse Canton's institutional presence globally.

Before joining Lighthouse Canton, Won-Ki built a distinguished career across leading financial institutions.

‍

He began his banking career in corporate sales at BNP Paribas in Seoul, followed by roles at Merrill Lynch covering regional banks in Korea and Japan, and nearly a decade in FICC sales at Barclays across Seoul and Hong Kong.

In 2017, he relocated to Singapore to join TD Securities, where he successfully established and built the Korea desk for approximately eight years.

Most recently, Won-Ki transitioned to the buy-side, where he developed overseas funding for North Asian ventures in Southeast Asia at a boutique asset management company, cultivating strategic investor relationships and collaborating on growth initiatives for these ventures.

Won-Ki earned a BA in Economics from Seoul National University, followed by MBAs from both UCLA Anderson and NUS Business School, enhancing his strategic and cross-cultural market expertise.

Ankit has over 14 years of experience focused on investments across the capital stack (private equity, long-term and structured debt). Prior to joining Lighthouse Canton, Ankit has led and managed equity and debt investments in his roles with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), GIC, and the Piramal Group. He has overseen portfolios and transactions of over US$500mn in various sectors including manufacturing, agribusiness, hospitality, logistics, real estate, healthcare and more.

Karen Ong serves as the Executive Director, Investment Consulting at Lighthouse Canton. With over 25 years of extensive experience in wealth management and financial services, Karen plays a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive investment advisory and multi-asset class portfolio management solutions for the UHNW Family Office and HNW Individuals. Her deep expertise in investment consulting and proven track record make her an invaluable addition to strengthening Lighthouse Canton's advisory capabilities in Singapore.

Before joining Lighthouse Canton, Karen held senior positions as a Senior Investment Consultant at both Credit Suisse AG and JP Morgan Private Bank, where she developed sophisticated investment strategies and managed complex portfolio structures for high-net-worth clients. Her extensive experience across leading global financial institutions demonstrates her expertise in delivering tailored investment solutions and building long-term client relationships in the private banking sector.

Karen has an MBA from Melbourne Business School, adding to her expertise in investment management.

Pranob Gupta is MD & Business Head for Lighthouse Canton's India Credit & Hybrid Alternatives business. Pranob's role involves expanding the current funds platform, leveraging his extensive experience in proprietary origination, investment management, and building cross-border partnerships. Bringing over 23 years of experience in the industry, Pranob joins from JM Financial, where he served as MD and CIO of the Credit Alternatives platform. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at 360 One, KKR, and Kotak Alternates, with earlier career stints at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse in similar domains.

Manas is founding member of LC Capital India business and is the Managing Director for LC Capital India. He has nearly 15 years of experience in Consumer Lending, Asset & Wealth Management. Prior to joining LC Capital, he has worked with Private wealth firms like Avendus & Reliance Capital as a Director. His asset management experience as a State Head with ING Investment Management give him an edge in understanding the structuring transactions for large family offices and institutional clients. He has previously worked with organizations like Citibank, Citigroup Global Services across various business verticals.

Archit Garg serves as the Executive Director of Capital Markets at Lighthouse Canton. With over a decade and a half of experience in the financial domain, he spearheads the establishment and development of the Equity Capital Market (ECM) business in India.

With a rich professional background that began with Deutsche Bank in London and spanning roles at Milestone Religare and Rabo Equity Funds, Archit has been pivotal in executing notable transactions, many achieving significant market recognition or public listings. He holds a master's degree from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
