In partnership with Adrenalin eSystems, the firm won the award in the Best Advance in HR or Workforce Management Technology for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses category.
The 2022 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards recognize achievements in Technology Learning & Development, Talent Management, Human Resources, Diversity Functions, Sales functions, and Business Operations. The awards receive applications from organizations worldwide, ranging from small, medium, large, and global enterprises to government, not-for-profits, and associations.
The award recognizes Lighthouse Canton’s digital initiatives to improve its human resourcing and workforce management using enLIGHTen-HRIS, an HRMS powered by Adrenalin eSystems. It is an innovative tool that supports the complete employee lifecycle from hiring to retirement. • Measurable results: What are the benefits customers can expect to experience as a result of using this product?
