Its GDP forecast for 2023 was only slightly downgraded by 0.6% by the International Monetary Fund to 6.8%. While other agencies are also still painting an optimistic picture at 7% or lower.
Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) have since started to shift their attention to India's markets.
